Events
The annual weekend of events was established in memory of the late Coach Ken Baker. For more than a decade, a committee of friends and family has organized the weekend to raise money for the fund which awards scholarships to deserving students from both the Hoosick Falls and Cambridge school districts.
The weekend has become a reunion of family, friends, students and former athletes. The funds raised during this annual weekend allow the Coach Baker Fund to continue its mission to support students in Hoosick Falls and Cambridge.

Location: Hoosick Falls Country Club
Time
Early tee: 8 a.m. (Registration: 7:15-7:45 a.m.) 9 openings
Late tee: 1 p.m. (Registration: 12:15-12:45 p.m.) 1 opening
13 team limitation for each tee time
Format
The tournament will be a regular scramble format. There will be both gross and net winners.

$95/player
Entry fee covers golf, lunch and cart

Handicaps
If you have an established handicap, please include it on the form. If not, include your average score for 9 or 18 holes.
Team
You may form your own team or be paired up with others to form a four-person team. Please fill out the form and send your check for the tournament entry fee as soon as possible.
